Working with the Board for Efficient Colorado Community Association Management

Our primary goal in Community Association Management is to establish, in coordination with the Board, the goals, objectives, priorities and expectations of the Association.

CC&R Compliance

A well run HOA ensures compliance with the covenants, bylaws, rules and regulations of the Association. Homeowner records will be maintained to monitor and identify enforcement issues, status, and results. Enforcement of HOA Rules and Regulations will be part of our weekly property inspections.

Association Meetings

We will attend 12 monthly community association board meetings and an annual meeting to provide information, answer questions, give advice, and obtain direction from the Board. We will mail out notices and proxies for the annual and any other special meetings. Additional meetings may be planned at the direction of the Association.

Coordinate with Committees

We work with the Association’s Committees to answer questions, submit requests, and provide homeowners with results of Committee decisions. Records will be established for HOA Committees to control requests and to monitor progress and results of requests.
