All HOA assessment payments will be withdrawn on the 10th of each month. This form will activate your automatic withdrawal if it is received no later than the 1st of the month in which want ACH to begin.
If you complete this form after the 1st of the month, ACH will begin the following month. Due to banking restrictions, we are unable to make exceptions to this.
