Sometimes, HOAs should be able to skip the rigmarole of searching through vendors to take care of issues that can be solved by a small crew, which is why we’re excited to offer CAP Maintenance! CAP Maintenance is our in-house maintenance team, offering a simple solution to everyday property needs. While we’re not looking to replace the role of specialized contractors with extensive expertise in their given area, we will be able to fill the gap between making repairs to an existing structure and rebuilding that structure from the ground up.

Our highly experienced crew operates “lean and mean.” Since we’re not an outside vendor hurrying to fulfill a laundry list of contacts we’ll be there when you need us.
Some vendors clean gutters. Others can powerwash your stairs. Others will be able to touch up the paint. We can do all that and more for a reasonable price.
CAP Maintenance is led by John Krajewski, father of one of our wonderful, hard-working property managers of the same name. Not only does our crew have extensive experience in property repair, operating with CAP Management means they understand the nature of Homeowners Associations. We know how to work with boards, homeowners and property managers to find the right solution that suits each parties needs.
